Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles
For personal data processed on your behalf through the platform (e.g. contact records, conversation content), your organization acts as the Data Controller and AI Workforce acts as the Data Processor.
2. Scope of Processing
AI Workforce processes contact, conversation, call, appointment, and related business data solely to provide the platform's functionality, as configured by your organization.
3. Subprocessors
AI Workforce uses subprocessors for hosting, communication delivery (voice, WhatsApp, email, SMS), and AI model inference. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
4. Security Measures
Subprocessors are required to maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data processed, consistent with the controls described on our Security page.
5. Data Subject Requests
AI Workforce will assist your organization in responding to data subject access, correction, and deletion requests relating to data processed on your behalf.
6. International Transfers
Where data is transferred internationally, appropriate transfer mechanisms are used as required by applicable law.
