1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI Workforce platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Usage-based charges (voice minutes, WhatsApp conversations, SMS, email volume, storage, numbers, locations) are billed in addition to your base plan.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, including not using AI agents to deceive, harass, or violate applicable communications law (e.g. TCPA, CAN-SPAM, WhatsApp Business policies).
4. AI-Generated Content
AI agents operate only from knowledge you approve and configure. You are responsible for reviewing and approving knowledge base content, escalation rules, and any auto-send configurations.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." AI Workforce is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
